OUR PROGRAM BEGINS WITH A PERSONALIZED CONSULTATION.
During your consultation, our Nurse Practitioner will evaluate your weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), medications, and health history to determine if you are a candidate for the program.  If your health is suitable for all requirements, a customized plan including nutrition and exercise will be tailored to meet your overall weight loss and optimal health goals.
